Objectives 1. Purchase of the equipment - an upgrade and renewal of equipment and thus opening the opportunity for several young researchers to be hired, trained and later employed by the LECOTOX. 2. Hiring of young researchers - to provide stimulative and inspiring climate for scientific activities within LECOTOX, and thus preventing “brain-drain”. Description of work Task 1. Purchase of the equipment: - Preparing tender documentation and criteria for selecting the best offer; - Selection of the best offer; - Purchasing and installation of the equipment. Task 2. Hiring of three young researchers: - Preparation and opening the call for hiring (for 2 person in the 1st, and for the one person in the 2nd year); - Selection of the best candidates; - Preparing the plan for training of hired young researchers, - Monitoring realization of the plan. Expected results: Three hired young researchers through REP-LECOTOX will be trained step-by-step to the level of good professionals. Enhanced professional skills of young and prominent researchers can be fully expressed only if they have the opportunity to work on the state of the art equipment. Through the WP4 we will be able to improve the situation in our laboratory and to hire young and enthusiastic postgraduate students and stimulate them to continue their professional development
