Objectives

To ensure the basic infrastructure to the SSA, for coordination and administration, to make REP-LECOTOX to proceed as planned, on time and within budget.

Description of work

Main tasks of management of the project will be: web portal concept and plan, dissemination plan, preparation and call for hiring, preparing plan for training for hired young researchers, organization of preparing tender documentation and criteria for selecting the best offer for buying new equipment, installation of the purchased equipment, and planning and organization of Workshops. Also, overall project management; budget management; reports to the Commission; quality assurance, assessment and control; progress report, organization of ISAB meeting. Contribute to the progress reports and the final report to the Commission according to the tasks. The synthesis of the project work will be documented as the final report.
